So-oft, so-oft, are words of the last aria of "Dido and Aeneas" by Purcell, of angels who have to scatter flowers on Dido's who committed suicide because Aeneas left her. One of the most beautiful arias I know, seeing your picture it came immediately up in my mind. Thank you! Very gentle and subtle picture.
