Dragonfly (II)

This is a photo I took today. I was very surprised to see that dragonfly. I have been able to take a lot of photos and she didn't move. I even thought she was dead! The camera was 15 cm close to her. Very very close! I didn't have to crop the photo to get this result, this is the original shot.

I left her and when I came back later, she changed place and were letting eggs in the water. I just read that dragonflies live only one season. I guess she was very old, because we're almost in Autumn, and maybe it's why she didn't move when I took photos. I also read that at jurrasic period, dragonflies were 70 cm large! Like a very big seagull! Damned!
