Fatastic title, it isn't?

As I explained it yesterday, while you see that photo, I'm in France for a little city-trip of two days on the Opal Seaside. It's in the North.

Some years ago, when I was 14, I started to skydive. At first, I did a tandem, that way to jump in freefall attached to someone. Then, as I liked that, I took the lessons to be able to jump alone. The lesson is made with 7 jumps where I had to be able to turn on myself in all the direction, manage myself in the freefall and be able to open the parachute at the right moment, not too early and not too late. When I started the school to become speechtherapist, managing both took me too much time and energy, and I had to choose between studies and skydive. It was very hard to see the deep blue sky, to see wonderful clouds.. and to be "attached" at the desk.

On Saturday night, it was the "star night" in Belgium and I guess in a lot of places; The Perseids, the shooting stars from "Persee Constellation" were making their show. We met a guy who build his telescope himself and he showed us other constellations, nebulas, The galaxy of Andromeda.. we even saw the Internation Spatial Station! One of the observatories was near the ground of skydive, in Spa, where the water is the best of the World (did you know that the universally known Thermal Bath of Spa comes from that little city?) and we spent a part of the afternoon taking photos of the skydivers. It gave me shivers in the feet, in the belly.... Mmmm I wish I'll restart that sport but for now, I still have to wait.

I like the colors, the simplicity and the dynamic of this photo... I hope you'll like it too! I like less the lot of noise but my teleobjective takes a lot of light and I had to push up the exposure and the contrasts to get something showable... so, I'm sorry for the bad quality...

I'll go this Wednesday in your galleries to see the photos I missed for those two days!

Enjoy your day!
