First is that I'm going to visit my parents in the US at the end of this month and we are going to spend a week at the beach where i used to go as a child. I have been there in many years so I'll see if I get the same nostalgia.

Second is I had a dream yesterday morning. One of the concepts in the dream had to do with places that are familiar to us but foreign to others. For example, as an expat in Belgium, I might visit De Panne for the first time and be a little unsure or even feel intimidated where as you go there and you feel right at home. What's great is that we can all share our stories, our places of comfort and in this way the world feels a little smaller. That's a nice aspect of a site like Aminus3. Thanks for sharing your story!
